Spring Forward and Flower, Young Plant!

As it turns out, my broccoli plants ended up pretty much producing nothing.  As soon as one floret would bud, the plant started to flower. I asked around, all sources point to frequent weather changes. Though I'd like to think maybe it was a combination of conditions.

Similar thing occurred to my arugula.
Although in this case, it did give lots of edible, spicy crisp leaves, but you wait to long to harvest, this one definitely flowers to let you know it is done giving!

Peas are finally climbing!  Flowering, but I'm actually waiting for pods to form, which I understand can still come through even though weather and actual location here (less sunny) can be the limiting factors.

In an unrelated story, an amazing, non -edible phenomenon has occured in my garden. Check this out, never have I seen such a thing.  Two stems and one calla lilly. They look like they will separate eventually, but how crazy is that??

Finally:  a new season, new pots. I am trying Armenian cucumbers(large pots), and eggplants. In the smaller pots I got a couple tomato varieties and a bell pepper. They need plenty sunlight indoors cause, just like a baby, the first few weeks are crucial in obtaining the most energy to thrive.
